Layered to bring out the sweetness of other scents or to be used on its own, Sugar Addict lives up to the promise of its name. But don’t expect a mere image of pristine white sugar, as this comes alive amongst many other beloved gourmand notes. Sugar Addict is intent upon an addictive dryness, one that no less manages to glide and gloss over the skin, as a powdery feel crosses a resinous one, rounded with warm spicy notes. Everything is dusted in sugar and cinnamon, the latter note warming the fragrance from inside-out. Peer through this, and amongst it all there’s a whiff of coffee stiffened with decadent rum extract, mellowed with tonka bean, vanilla, and cocoa. Its musky and long trail is guaranteed with cashmere wood, never at the expense of this fragrance’s sweetness.
