As the scent develops, an aldehyde facet enhances the impression of pristine whiteness, while rose adds living, breathing physicality. In the base, benzoin connects the landscape to the complex reality of the earth.

One can’t help but pause with their first sniff of Existence, with its crystalline purity and clean vernal freshness, that gathers the light scent of frankincense on a smooth gliding breeze. Few perfumes feel as restorative as this; immediately recognisable as salubrious. A perfect measure of aldehydes acts as both note and effect - like the pristine gloss of a waxy soap bubble, or a fine beam of light refracted through a crystal prism. This stands in contrast to lactonic musks in the base - it turns this soap bubble into creamy, foaming suds. Its heart is a duet of rose and lily of the valley, which blushes warm though smells remarkably crisp, like petals steeped in an icy fluid. Existence has an extraordinary sense - one foot planted in classical beauty, another in something resolutely modern. It is an unwavering and dedicated lily of the valley fragrance, and in constructing this mute flower, fantasy takes flight - it becomes the angelic flower, pristinely clean, floating above warm resinous amber materials.
