Utterly captivating - rare ambergris at the front - illuminated from up above by a fizzy complex of aldehydes, clary sage, pink pepper, and cardamom, as if to give the scent a bright solar crown. The ambergris twinkles in the light, like a coruscating crystal - a warm brine: salty, animalic, and floral, kissed with immortelle flames and embraced by fresh jasmine and neroli, landing on patchouli - an earthy shore. We’re confident when we say that there’s nothing quite like Ambre Supreme - certainly an apt name - which restores meaning and significance to the ambergris note in perfumery: a real and precious material, respectfully composed into a perfume by an excellent perfumer, to be savoured like a fine wine. A little bit spicy, fruity, floral, but entirely itself, and irreducible to anything else. Magic.
