A toothsome textural feast, Salty Kiss is delicious, cleverly contrasting sensations in what amounts to a frisson: a crunchy mineral saltiness, glassy, brittle, and inflexible, is juxtaposed with oozing butter caramel. Unsure whether to bite, crunch, or to chew, gentleness or force, Salty Kiss asks for a bit of surrender.
