This Fragrance is long lasting but not overpowering. Different notes come through at varying times. An exotic delight for any time.

Well blended but way to dry for me.

This cologne is great! Last for hours and I mean hours. The lingering smell and how it doesn't give people headaches but compliments instead. Three to four inches away from desired area and three to four sprays will last all day. Can't get enough of it and my girlfriend loves how the smell stays in the room. Lastly the handwritten "Thank You" is a nice and finally touch!

I won't wax lyrical about what memories the scent evokes or how it inspires - I'll simply say I love it very much.

This fragrance is so pleasant and has depth. Some of the woodier tones lend to the cooler months with some fresher vanilla scents for the warmer months

I feel like I smell a mix of a negroni, with the orange, and a spiced coco cola. Me and my partner fight over this bottle for who gets to wear it out.

L'air Du Desert Marocain: Absolutely lovely fragrance, woody, spicy, mildy sweet and very warm. Excellent sillage and longevity which this brand is well known for, and one would expect for this price point. It is somewhat unique and definitely feels like a niche fragrance but nothing groundbreaking, I would say that it is 'softly adventurous'. My housemate commented that I smelled like a friendly kindergarten teacher, which is probably not the vibe that I was going for, but it certainly has an approachable feel to it.

Someone passed me a blotter with a single spritz on it...no accompanying explanation. It was love at first sniff. They wrote the name down on the blotter and I had it in my car for two days, smelling after day 1 and 2. Everyday there was a different note from the powerful cedar to a sweet vanilla. Eventually I bought it, and 1 spray packs a hell of a punch. It made me a little self conscious in an office setting because of it power, so I think I will reserve this one for cold fall and winter evenings out and about!

What a stunning fragrance, after the arrival of the Mens Biz classics and cult fragrances that I ordered while searching for a new premium EDP/EDT for summer, I was totally blindsided by this beauty. Like Turkish delight, pot purri, cedar wood and incense. Rich, delicious, and relaxed.

Very dry and woody in the beginning, smells like an antique chest. But the drydown is what made me go for a full bottle - it's all smoky incense vanilla that lasts for ages and isn't too sweet at all.

I got this as part of a sample pack. It is interesting. On the first try, when I only got a partial spritz out of the sampler, I thought Id found an all-time favourite spicy, exotic. Tried it again on day two and got a bigger dose (but still just a single spritz), and for the rest of the day felt like Id spilled an industrial-strength anti-bacterial on myself: a burning, overpowering smell. And it lasts and lasts and lasts and lasts! Eventually (after at least a day and a shower) it reduces to a strong vanilla scent, which, to me, sits oddly with the rest of the mix. Thats more obvious to me every time I re-try it, hoping for a repeat of the first thrill, and always regretting it.

My favourite winter fragrance. I love wearing men's fragrances as they are richer and really suit me. People always ask me what I'm wearing! It's such a sexy scent, a little smokey but herbal and woody too - and it has great longevity!

An exotic and mysterious scent.
A really interesting fragrance. Unmistakably an Oriental fragrance, with a swirling array of spice notes wrapped around a rose core, supported by cedarwood and vetiver. Whilst it never shouts, it has exceptional sillage and longevity.
It is very classy, but for my personal taste, just leans a little too far to the Orient, hence the four star rating.
If Orientals are your thing, you may well (like other reviews here) rate this a five star fragrance.

Mrs hates it. Smells like smoke or church insense.

Ambery, spicey, unique - you can almost see the spice market in Morocco when you smell this. Although it's strength is 'eau de toilette', it performs stronger than most extrait de parfums. A little goes a long way, compensating for the small 50ml bottle.

The editor's description of 'modern perfumery’s greatest achievement' seemed like a bit of an exaggeration to me, but my word is this just fantastic. Tends to smell a lot like musk at first, then mellows into a lovely warm, spicy scent, that couldn't possibly offend. Magnificent.

The review of this fragrance by Tania Sanchez (and Luca Turin) is one of the great reviews of anything anywhere and is so evocative that it almost demands that you seek it out to experience what it has to offer.
Unlike so many things (wine in particular) that fail to live up to the hype this thing delivers in spades!
It is monumental and is everything that big house - big name fragrances fail at producing: distinctive, high quality, awesomely good fragrance that showcases why great perfume production is art. It is mesmerising...I just cannot believe that something so good was made by a nerdy ex-chemist from Switzerland? Unbelievable.

The opening note of burnt woody incense is so tinder dry it's almost scary and if it stayed there I would not love this as much as I do. Instead the dry heat softens and mellows, allowing - for me - a soft amber afterglow to slowly take hold. There's some wood but it's mainly a hazy golden scent, and it lasts. Apparently thre are flowers in there somewhere but they never rise to the top for me. Overall the complexity and balance are awesome but what it makes it so beautiful is its lingering afterglow.

Just received my bottle of L'Air Du Desert Marocain and I love it. I was apprehensive about purchasing a fragrance online so I bought the Cults & Classes sample pack and it really helped me make the decision that I'm indecisive and I want them all. Wish I could try them all

Dark Oriental fragrance with dry, dusty and smoky and unique smell. Long lasting and suitable for cold weather.

This stuff is so good I spray some on myself even if I'm not leaving the house just to experience it again.
Close your eyes and you are on the balcony of a hotel in Morocco on a late summer evening near the spice markets. They hype is real with this one guys. Get on it!

It's just... perfect.

You don't need to over do it, one pump is all you need for the entire day/night. Classy and sophisticated. Both men and women always come in for a second smell once they pick up the scent. You should test all fragrances on your skin before purchasing, as it will never smell the same every individual.
