Perfumer’s Inspiration:
Inspired by the precious osmanthus flower, whose scent refuses to be divided between floral, fruity and animalic facets, Marc-Antoine Corticchiato wanted to work it with a green tea accord. A symbol of wisdom and gentleness, osmanthus is at the heart of a fragrance that is also flavourful, playing with the boundaries between the senses to transform the skin into a forbidden fruit.

Mature fruit - an essay in sustained floral freshness. Cycles of complexity swirl around a persistent line of osmanthus flower. Osmanthus Interdite is golden and celestial: concentrated yet weightless. With notes of green tea, apricot, rose, and jasmine, it recalls the lightest of ambrosial syrups - a velvety fluid, gentle yet richly viscous. Temptingly mouth-watering, it’s balanced by a stemmy, slightly tannic bitterness, like crushing sticky petals between forefinger and thumb. To counter this, suede emerges, a natural extension of osmanthus’s leathery facet, it provides both depth and harmony. It remains luminous at all times: jasmine materials add brightness, sharpness, focal clarity, ending on weightless and fluffy musks.
