EDITOR'S NOTES

Coffee and opium smoke. Dusty cardamom and sizzling cumin. Beguiling raspberry and highly saturated saffron on leather soaked in oud oil. Fidelis is hot and dusty, dry yet sweet. It's a unique oud, that's for sure. It'll remind you of Interlude Man (Amouage) immediately in its enchanting unctuousness, but that quickly transforms as the exchange between bitter and moreish cardamon-enriched black coffee meets raspberry that's almost the consistency of jam, brightened with a touch of spicy green rose. This dries down to a pleasantly sweet yet dark woodiness, almost like peppery cedar (ISO-E Super). Fiedelis is a very attractive fragrance.
