Geo. F. Trumper Sandalwood Shaving Soap Refill, 80g

I have been using a sandalwood shaving soap from another brand for the last two years. So how would I rate the Geo Trumper? It creates a smoother lather that has a more subtle fragrance than the other brand. It gives a better shave and also seems to be less drying on the shaved skin. I recommend it.

Very mild scent. Lather collapses almost immediately. Not happy with this product.

This is the smell that so many associate with shaving. Not overpowering but enough. Does the job quite well but does not quite lather up to the rich creaminess that some may require.

This has a great scent, not overpowering, and very clean smelling. However I found the lather collapses more quickly than I expected. It does lather up quickly though, and is reasonably slick, so for those not needing a very rich lather it would be great. An advantage to this is it rinses well, and does no gum up the razor. Just not my preference.

This soap has a subtle but distinctive scent, not overpowering at all, but strikes me as a little "old fashioned", probably suitable for the older gent.

It lathers easily and produces a full thick lather from a badger brush that lasts for a couple of razor passes for a smooth shave.

Top quality, if a little expensive for the 80g tablet.
