Astor is a gloriously unusual offering from Geo F. Trumper, moving in two directions at once. Firstly, there's a beautifully curious inflection of culinary spices - like celery seed and caraway - brightened with bright Amalfi lemon. In the other direction, there's a considerate sandalwood note, itself dry and enchanting, with a sparkling clean spiciness. Astor reminds us of Guerlain's excellent Heritage. Both timeless and understated sandalwood scents.
