Editor's Notes

Calice Becker’s interpretation of musk is intent upon softness: something which infuses with the wearer to become more than a scent, but an enveloping aura. The lesson here is to appreciate the gentle undulations that emanate from the skin of the wearer – to seek and recognise not only a smell, but a feeling connected to The Musc. Seek textures, hues, and sensations, as the notes serve to produce these effects. Many tones of white speckle amongst each other, as beeswax, lavender, red ginger, and sandalwood form the many white that define this fragrance.

There are two musk notes worth noting – especially for their names: Serenolide and Nirvanolide, respectively fruity and milky, they work on the oxymoronic basis of intense softness, colouring the horizon of the fragrance a pastel hue with an intense trail.

This scent is beautiful, it is my favourite.

I love fresh scents , anything that smells bright and clean . I bought a sample of this to see if I should purchase the full size. I immediately bought the full size one after wearing it for a day . The smell is so beautiful, mild but lasts the entire day . It’s a sweeter fresh scent and a definite must try for anyone who likes to smell clean and fresh!
