Its adjoining notes work in the service of this vanilla note, as tonka bean and benzoin add soft balmy texture. This is placed against the soft burn of cinnamon and the floral, fruity, leathery, and even tobacco-like nuances of profound osmanthus absolute, lending range to the vanilla note. To ensure an upright posture, a melange of cedar, patchouli, incense, and musks not only envelop the fragrance, but dress it in aromatic straps and wrappings.

Divine it is, as the central vanilla feature of this fragrance undergoes many metamorphoses in a series of beautiful instants. Master perfumer Olivier Pescheux draws out the soft, spicy, and carnal facets of the ingredient, revealing the extent of its depth and its sensuality. Divine Vanilla is a series of impressions, exploring the many dimensions of the singular note. Initial sweetness is met with smoke and spice, only to reveal floral and resin notes furthermore. Subtle & alluring

I've always liked the fragrance of vanilla. This one does not disappoint. I like the notion that a personal scent should be "discovered" rather tham "announced". For the first time in my adult life I have been stopped multiple times by random strangers intrigued by my "scent". Maybe I should apply it more sparingly? I use only the bare minimum which suffices & lasts the whole day. I love it, as do those who are intrigued as I waft past. Recommended unreservedly. The clever design of the bottle ensures that every last drop is able to be extracted via the spray pump. Other manufacturers should take note.
