I have thick medium length hair and struggle with poof. Younger days adds nice shine which gives my hair a tamed look. I like the medium hold since it allows me to run my hands through and like this washes off unlike traditional pomade.
This my go to product for office and formal looks.

Smells great, goes into the hair extremely easy (never feel like I'm pulling my hair). Surprising and held off on it cause of the word gel but it doesn't really harden (dry hair). Definitely a medium hold with a nice shine. I wish I had tried it sooner!
