DOVO Solingen Straight Razor: Ivory Micarta En Vogue 5/8"

Second razor I've owned this is leaps and bounds ahead. Looks beautiful and I've found it stays quite sharp as well.

This was my first razor I have used and it is fantastic. The picture here does not do it justice to what the blade and handle look like up close. Both compliment each other very well.

Out of the box the razor was sharp enough to use straight away. The razor is larger than what I had thought but I am yet to knick myself.

You will not be disappointed with this razor and I it will definitely be the start of a collection, but I'll always remember my first.

I was lucky enough to receive this razor as a gift for my birthday, I have been shaving with a straight razor for around two years now and this is my 3rd Dovo, the other two arrived very sharp but needed a quick touch up on 0.5 diamond paste to give a smooth shave, that was not the case with this razor though just a quick strop and it was ready to go, two passes produced a baby smooth shave. Overall this is an excellent razor and does not disappoint in any way.
