Captain Fawcett's Expedition Strength Moustache Wax, 15ml

It works. I think the one I received maybe a tad old, it's coming away from the sides of the can.
It is very dry and needs a little warmth to be able to apply. However, it does hold once I can get it on my applicator brush.

This was the perfect wax for use on hot days.The holding power was good all day.

Loving the Expedition strength wax! My 'Stash is a little wild, but the ole Cap'n has managed to tame it. Easy to apply, smells good, and keeps everything in place.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have both this and the Lavender, both are great products, but I can detail a bit of difference:
- Lavender is a bit softer, and easier to work in, such as with a comb. Also a bit 'gooier' in the tache, but can be used for a more styled and sleek look. I would expect this is also good for those with finer hair.
- Expedition is rather hard, and you'll certainly want to keep it in your pocket (or use a hairdryer to help). Requires more manual working in before combing. The look is good for a more 'brushy' and coarse/chunky tache. Great in warmer weather, when the lavender can get a bit soft. The tin is about half the size of those in the glass (e.g. lavender) so fits in a pocket/coin pocket pretty well. I think it is a good choice for those with coarse facial hair.

I like the smell of both of these, understated and pleasing.

Firstly this company sets a whole new standard for service and presentation - for a blokey product I didn't expect such fantastic packaging, let alone the serious speed of the shipping. The product is just what my stash needed, tamed the fly aways and shaped easily and for hours. The perfect pocket sized tin to have with you for that mid arvo touch up too. Strong wax so small amounts and lots of warming up needed to use, but hey, it's expedition strength, you'd be worried if it wasn't strong! Top notch
