Baxter of California Hydro Salve Lip Balm, 15ml

Not sure if the consistency is a result of product age or intended formulation, but the balm in the tube is more a liquid.
Will look at another product to replace it.

The lip balm is more like a gel and quite runny, not like usual lip balms that are more of a paste. Be careful when squeezing the tube as you may squeeze out more than you need. It doesn't stay on the lips very long either, I felt that it was all gone after a couple of minutes. I found this was unlike other lip balms which leave something of an oil barrier for further protection. That being said, it moisturized and soothed the lips very well despite the lack of an oil base.

Best lip balm i have used without Spf. It soothes and moisturizes.
