FAQs

Do I need a code to receive a gift?

No. Gifts are added to your cart automatically when your order qualifies.

Can I receive both gifts?

Yes. An order with two qualifying full-size fragrances and $200 or more of eligible grooming products (after the sale discount) receives both gifts.

Do the fragrances and the grooming spend have to be in the same order?

Yes. The qualifying items must be in the same purchase to qualify.

Do samples, minis and discovery sets count towards the fragrance gift?

No. Only full-size fragrances count, including those that aren't part of the sale. Fragrance samples, sample packs, minis, discovery sets or any fragrances from Tabac and Speick do not count.

What qualifies as grooming?

Everything except fragrance, fragrance samples, sample packs, discovery sets, gift cards and services.

Is everything 20% off?

Almost everything. Selected brands and products, including fragrance samples and NOAH Fragrance Sample Packs, aren't part of the sale and remain at their marked prices.

Are the gifts available in store?

Gifts with purchase are available online and at our Melbourne store only. They aren't available at our Sydney or Canberra stores.

What happens if a gift sells out?

Gifts are available while stocks last and may run out before the sale ends.

What if I return something?

If a return means your order no longer meets the qualifying conditions, the gift must also be returned, or its stated value may be deducted from your refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law aren't affected.

Do NOAH Rewards points apply?

Yes. You can earn NOAH Rewards points on sale purchases.

Terms and conditions

1. Offer period. The NOAH November Sale runs from 7pm Wednesday 4 November 2026 to 11:59pm Monday 30 November 2026 (AEDT), online and in store.

2. 20% off almost everything. Selected brands and products are not part of the sale, including fragrance samples and NOAH Fragrance Sample Packs, and remain at their marked prices. Gift cards are also excluded. The discount can't be combined with any other offer or discount code.

3. Fragrance gift with purchase. Buy any two (2) qualifying full-size fragrances in a single order to receive an Etat Libre d'Orange discovery set, valued at $150 AUD. All full-size fragrances count, including those that aren't part of the sale, except Tabac and Speick. Fragrance samples, sample packs, minis and discovery sets do not count.

4. Grooming gift with purchase. Spend $200 AUD or more on eligible grooming products in a single order to receive an Authentic Tube-Wringer 202 Light Duty Tube Squeezer, valued at $40 AUD. The qualifying spend is calculated after the 20% sale discount and before shipping. Eligible grooming products exclude fragrance, fragrance samples, sample packs, discovery sets, gift cards and services.

5. Gift conditions. Gifts with purchase are available online to customers with an Australian delivery address and at the NOAH Melbourne store only. Gifts are added automatically to qualifying orders. One gift of each type is available per qualifying order, and an order that meets both conditions receives both gifts. Gifts may change during the sale period; the gift available when the order is placed applies, regardless of dispatch date. Gifts are available while stocks last and may run out before the sale ends. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or another product, and aren't available for separate purchase. Stated values are recommended retail prices at the time of publishing. If a gift becomes unavailable, NOAH may substitute it with a gift of similar or greater value.

6. Returns and refunds. If a return or refund means an order no longer meets the qualifying conditions, the gift must also be returned, or its stated value may be deducted from the refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. General. The November Sale is available online to customers with an Australian delivery address and in NOAH stores. Gifts with purchase are subject to the location restrictions outlined above. NOAH reserves the right to vary, suspend or withdraw any part of the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control require it, subject to applicable law. Orders suspected of being placed to abuse or manipulate the promotion may be cancelled, subject to applicable law.
