Prize competition terms and conditions 

  • The YEAR’S WORTH OF HAIRCUTS Competition is run on behalf of NATURE OF A HABIT 33 139 443 860, with its registered office at 70 Hoddle St, Abbotsford VIC 3067, and is open from 4th October 2024 to 10am Monday 4 November 2024. NOAH may extend, cancel or amend this Competition and/or review and update these terms and conditions on its website at any time, at its sole discretion.

  • To be eligible to enter the Competition , entrants must:
    • Sign up to the NOAH Newsletter by entering your email address and mobile number or
    • Follow @natureofahabit and like, tag a friend in the relevant instagram post
  • NOAH employees and their immediate family are not eligible to enter the Competition.

  • There is a limit of 2 entry/s per Eligible Entrant.

  • This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram

  • Eligible Entrants will have a chance to win a Year’s Worth of Free Haircuts (Classic Men’s Haircut Membership, included 12 haircuts in total). There is one (1) prize available to be won

  • One winner will be drawn at NOAH Abbotsford from all correct entries following the end of the Competition Period and no later than 9am November 4th 2024.

  • The Winner/s will be notified by phone and email, or using any other contact details you give us. If we have made a reasonable attempt to contact a Winner, and a Winner has not responded within fourteen (14) business days, or a Winner is unable to use the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and NOAH will randomly choose another Winner. In the event of any dispute, NOAH’s decision is final.

  • Names of the Winner/s will be published on noah.com.au on 5th November.

  • NOAH does not warrant that the Prize will meet the Winners’ requirements or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose. To avoid doubt, all implied conditions or warranties are excluded in so far as is permitted by law, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.

  • The Prize cannot be transferred to others, or exchanged for cash or other benefits and cannot be split.

  • You agree that:
    • You are fully responsible for any materials you submit via the Competition, including comments, recordings, documents
    • You will not submit Content that:
      • Is unlawful or fraudulent
      • Contains viruses or causes injury or harm to any person; or
      • Infringes the rights of any third party;
    • To the full extent permitted by law, NOAH will not be liable for the Content; and
    • NOAH may remove, decline to publish or invalidate any Content or ancestry without notice for any reason.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOAH and its affiliated companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence), for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss), or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition.

  • By participating in the Competition and by submitting any contact details, each Participant consents to receive the latest news, special offers, promotions and information from NOAH by email, TXT or other channels from time to time. If at any stage you do not want to receive this information then please let us know, or use the ‘unsubscribe’ feature on communications we send you.

  • The Winner agrees that NOAH may withdraw the Winner’s right to their Prize if:
    • NOAH’s name is, or is likely to be in NOAH’s reasonable opinion, damaged or brought into disrepute or ridicule by the Winner or by being associated with the Winner; or
    • The Winner is involved directly or indirectly in any situation (whether the relevant situation occurred before, during or after the Competition Period) which brings, or in the reasonable opinion of NOAH is likely to bring, any of the Winner, NOAH or the Competition into disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule.

  • All use of NOAH’s services is subject to NOAH’s Terms of Service . Any personal information which we collect from you can be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
